Our History
My name is Alejandro (Alex) Richter, founder of Marbella Construction. Since childhood, I have enjoyed construction and problem-solving. I came to the United States in 2000, starting as a laborer, and over time, I gained the experience and knowledge needed to start my own company in 2008. With over 30 years in the industry, I have worked on residential, commercial, military, and industrial projects in both the U.S. and Venezuela. Marbella Construction is registered with SAM and Dun & Bradstreet, holding contractor licenses in Tennessee and Georgia.
